Thanks! Ive been spending so much time trying to learn but so many on Youtube are trying to take advantage of people (like me). I was told never to use limit and the charts are no good since it so volatile. I wont say who but it disappoints me. Wish I would have found your channel sooner because Ive lost $ when I could have been earning.

Can people post what their gains and losses are? I want to see the general trend on whether people are making money or not from this video...
MrSotko CryptoCurrency (7 months ago)
its not about making money from this video. its about what the video contents are. yes you can. buy btc, sell it when its higher, when it dips, buy it again and repeat. its not a hard concept just like the stock market. do people make money on the stock market? yes. is this virtually the same thing being an exchange of goods and all. yes.

Great video...quick question though, when you sell your bitcoins, what do you get? Dollars or what? I ask this because I'm in an exchange that does not allow fiat dollars called Binance and want to trade bitcoins because it's more profitable to use btc than any other currency. Thx
Denis Zackarini (8 months ago)
Thanks for the great reply but in my country I can't access Gdax or Coinbase. Hence, I was thinking of using BTC/USDT on binance...you think this is a good option? Thanks again!
MrSotko CryptoCurrency (8 months ago)
gdax allows you to sell your bitcoin to USD and then transfer USD to your bank account via ACH transfer for free.
Marc MetroStation (8 months ago)
You made a very nice video quite clear. Couple of questions: - How real-time is the data presented? - Are there any trend analyses tools that you use for charting like e.g. point and figure charts to lower your risk? Hope to hear from you and keep up the good work!
Ogono Art Family (8 months ago)
2 days ago was my first time using gdax thanks to your video! I bought Bitcoin as it started crashing at $8300, thinking that it wouldn't get any lower cause it kept going back to $9000 and $8300-like it couldn't make up its mind lol. Now a few more days it gone back to $6500 or so.I'm starting to understand why people keep buying the "dip" cause I feel like buying again haha.
WAY awesome video! So, I am quite new to trading. Basically, buy low and sell high, eh? It is FAR easier to figure out BTC to fiat then crypto to crypto. Crypto to crypto made my head spin, lol. It looks like you can go from fiar to any coin on GDAX, eh? This way, you might be able to make more money, depending upon the volatility of the coin? Am I learning this correctly? Thanks so much!

MrSotko: hi! I have a problem with placing the orders (limit or market) on GDAX platform. Transfered .06 BTC from Coinbase account. when i place the order of .002 BTC, my order instantly getting rejected. tried number of times, getting the same error message again and again. One thing noticed that my USD balance= 0.00. I did not have USD balance on this platform Do I need to have some USD balance in order to go through these orders? Could you please, help me to understand this platform. Thank you! Rama
Rama Swamy (8 months ago)
MrSotko: Good evening! Thank you for the prompt message. When place the buy order (limit or market), was getting insufficient funds error message. Later came to know from gdax support team and also another kind you tuber like-informed me that, I do need to have some USD in the my gdax account (for buy orders), and that makes sense to me. Soon, will be adding some USD to my account. Thank you! Rama
MrSotko CryptoCurrency (8 months ago)

But I read up online that 1 BTC is worth what it’s at but if I put 10$ it doesn’t reach 1 it’s at like 0.00017363 so how does that work? How do I know what I’m getting and how does it go to my bank?

Do you prefer BTC over the the coins supported on Gdax for day trading, or do you find that something like ETH with lower trans. fees and similar market moves to be more profitable ? I hold some BTC, but am thinking of day trading a portion for fun, but lately am find the trans. fees high.

So yeah the question is can you hold on to Bitcoin for a very long time so buy at a low price and sell in a few months or a year or 2?

Is there a simple way to set the limit to buy bitcoin at a set low price, (say investing $100), then sell at a set high price without having to go in each time and click manually to buy and sell at the designated increments? ...basically is there a program that will do it on it's own? Then if there is,  are you able to put the profit to the side and just reinvest your initial $100 amount without reinvesting the profit? I assume there would be no fees doing this strategy since it is a limit...?
MrSotko CryptoCurrency (9 months ago)
there are bots that can do that. but without one you must manually input each buy and sell. setting up a bot is not easy, there are ton of variables to set them up with so that they buy and sell properly.
Elijah Gray (9 months ago)
I don't know how I'm missing this so please forgive the elementary question but: When you trade out of the altcoin, where do you put the money? does it go to USDT before cycling back in?
Elijah Gray (9 months ago)

MrSotko CryptoCurrency (9 months ago)
so if you sold litecoin on gdax you mean? then it would just become funds in your USD wallet. which you could then use to buy any other coin or re-buy in at a lower price. or send to bank account if you choose.

MrSotko: You are doing very well. I enjoyed this video. This was well narrated. This was just a little humor. The fluctuations are the art of day trading, as one would anticipate a retracement or wiggle, etc. Sometimes this works and other times, not. Regarding this Bitcoin thing, I am not sure if this trading vehicle is stable enough to consider this a real asset, since it is not regulated and is ripe for manipulation, deception and even theft.
MrSotko CryptoCurrency (9 months ago)
congratulations?
Chile Chiludo (9 months ago)
I guess what I mean is when you factor in the time that you are waiting to get your money available and how much you could have made during that time would it not actually be profitable to do a wire transfer and make it available immediately???
MrSotko CryptoCurrency (9 months ago)
if you are one of those people who deposit 10,000 at a time and dont care about fees because you have so much money you dont know what to do with it. but if you are normal working person that deposits alittle bit every paycheck or so then you would want to avoid bank transfer like the plague. have you ever looked up how much it costs? 10 dollars for gdax to wire deposit, thats not counting your bank fee to do that. i believe my bank is 20 dollars outgoing domestic wire transfer. 30 bucks just to send. my advice is be patient, use the free ACH transfer, and use it every paycheck you intend to deposit some money. that way its coming in every couple weeks, for free. and while you wait for the next deposit you trade what you have.
Chile Chiludo (9 months ago)
When it make more sense to just do a wire transfer?
MrSotko CryptoCurrency (9 months ago)
you mean a costly wire transfer, that coinbase/gdax will charge for, and your bank? what?

Very good video. I got some additional useful info I didn’t know, thanks! Hoping to start on this soon. There is one thing on GDAX I heard on another video. They showed the $15 fee of Coinbase when purchasing $1000 worth of coins. Then, they showed it would be preferable to buy that $1000 worth of coins using GDAX as the fee was only around $3.

Terry12865 (9 months ago)
I am a dummy when it comes to the basics of trading. So lets say i want to place a buy order below the candles. Can i do that or does the buy order i place have to be touching the candle. Meaning can i just pick a buy price below the candle even if the price is not listed on the price board. Thanks.
Terry12865 (9 months ago)
thanks buddy. i have never executed a trade as i am new to all of this. been doing some heavy research into crypto trading lately. really like your videos. have a Merry Christmas! i'll be back soon have alot going on at home today!
MrSotko CryptoCurrency (9 months ago)
unless you mean the shadow of the candle. which is still the price of coin, it just dropped that low and didnt end on that price for the time frame you are viewing. check out my video on candle charts
MrSotko CryptoCurrency (9 months ago)
that doesnt make sense because you cannot buy below a candle because the candle is showing the price. you cannot buy something that is below the current value on the exchange. if that were true, then everyone could just buy for whatever price they wanted.
Terry12865 (9 months ago)
so what would happen if a person bought below the candlestick and the price jumped higher. would a person lose money for the gap. thanks
MrSotko CryptoCurrency (9 months ago)
yeah you can get a dip if the candle shadow reaches it and there is enough demand for the amount of coin you are buying or selling. i've bought in a good few real low candle shadow dips. always good times!
Shad (9 months ago)
Am I correct in assuming the buy and sell order seen in the order book are only for GDAX? For example there could be 50 other platforms like bittrex etc that have similar orders? Would be nice to see every buy and sell order in existence from all platforms in real time, but I highly doubt that would be plausible?
MrSotko CryptoCurrency (9 months ago)
there is no reason why you couldnt have a few monitors laying around. bitcoin on multiple exchanges and such. only issue is bitcoin on another exchange is kind of stuck there. it costs too much in network fees to send bitcoin to a different exchange just to try to make a few extra bucks. the sending fees would kill ya
MrSotko CryptoCurrency (9 months ago)
yeah its just for gdax. other platforms can have slightly different prices of coins. but they never vary much because the market would just self correct. except for the coinbase BCH fiasco that occured a few days back...thats different

Is there a particular day of the week you think has the most volatility for maximum profits for day trading? I’m looking to pick one day of the week to day trade while I work 10 hours a day the other 4 days on my 8-5 job. I know that’s a broad question and almost impossible to answer, but I was curious what you thought.
MrSotko CryptoCurrency (10 months ago)
not entirely. prices sometimes rise til friday and fall during weekend and off days. just watch the trading charts for time of day high and lows. usually a spike in the morning, a dip after lunch, etc. watch for the trends!

Hello Mrsotko. I have a question. I am currently trading on coinbase and have bitcoin I can sell. If I transfer my coins from my btc wallet from coinbase to gdax, does the coins I have in the market transfer or does my initial deposit transfer? Will I still have bitcoin to sell on gdax or will I have to purchase again?
MrSotko CryptoCurrency (10 months ago)
just what you want to transfer. coins you have up for sale wont. just free coins.

The acryptoa portion of the word denotes the cryptography used to ensure the blockchain, and the acurrencya portion of the word denotes the ability to exchange the tokens for goods and solutions. The absolute pacifism part is assumed I think, in spite of someone having the capability to locate some examples where it may appear otherwise. What you share is is an instance of absolute terror onto people who ought to be fought if it may be. The numbers won`t be good. Today they are much higher.
You`ll reap the benefits for the very long haul if you stick with your advertising and marketing guns. There are certain sorts of offerings that have special exemptions from the full blown registration practice. The range is hard to specify, taking into consideration the diversity in choices. According to the provision, the scope of the very first transaction in NEPSE is within three times the provider`s book value.
When the project is completed, the tokens value is probably going to increase because there is currently a tangible item, instead of simply an idea. After all, research demonstrates that clients use their networks to choose consultants more than every other method, and they, without doubt, know somebody who knows you. Getting knowledge in the region of property investment is insufficient. You may observe I didn`t speak about a few skills. After all, in case you have a saleable skill, it`s a simple business to enter.
A collection company cannot collect any sum of money that isn`t permitted by law or by agreement. Furthermore, it would be required to show the terms of that agreement in court. It is not surprising that consulting is attractive to numerous individuals who wish to launch a company. You also have to know the way the corporation will account for the exchanging of tokens. Starting a public company is a complicated and costly undertaking. Doing so makes a contract that might be binding. If you haven`t signed a contract with the collection business, you owe them nothing.
Inside my view there is just one house, and all of us live in it. Property should not be damaged. In addition, should the property is well-connected to the public transport, then it aids in giving a good advantage, particularly for the middle-class family.
As previously mentioned, the majority of the above coins are offered for purchase direct from the Royal Mint. Offerings where the total raised is less than one million dollars come beneath a special procedure that is far less complicated. Once more, money well spent. Another method is to commit your own money. It s pretty obvious to anybody who reads the accounts. You DON`T need to make a new account.
Enterprises and entire countries are now able to block Tor traffic without any issues. Nobody is suggesting that it isn`t the work of liberal Whites to oppose what`s wrong. To the contrary, the investments with the period of time of over five years are called as long-term investments. Original investors can then opt to sell their tokens to earn a significant profit.
