Q. I know that your company is established and successful. Can you tell us a little about your company, how long you have been in business, and some of the projects you have worked on?
A. The main part of our team (construction company) for more than 13 years in the construction business. We have competencies in almost all construction technologies (except building skyscrapers). We built and / or reconstructed more than 30 objects, the total area of which is about 145,000 sq.m. Part of these object are presented on our website in the section of the latest projects. Now we have a portfolio of projects, in which there is already a house for the submitted project (EstateCoin). He was invested by a private person outside the ICO on individual terms. Now we are working on the basement - photos and videos we already presented on our website.
Q. What do you base your success on?
A. Our success in the construction industry is due to the high level of professionalism of our employees, they all have specialized education in the construction sector. All went through fire and water and copper pipes. And as a result, they gathered in a single team, which does not hesitate to aim at such ambitious projects as EstateCoin.
Q. Can you tell us a little about the project and the potential demand for the property?
A. At this moment the house project, which underlies the EstateCoin campaign, is the mainstream in the Russian construction market. Within the framework of the Federal State Program, housing of this class is guaranteed to be buy out by the state. Therefore, there are no risks of lack of demand. Also, due to state participation, this project will have preferences at all levels of government. In addition, the specificity of the Federal program implies the construction of this class of houses in the regions, where the cost of electricity is low. This is an additional advantage for placing in the houses of mining farms.
Q. What do you believe the result will be, and with the incredible volatility of the currency market, does it raise any concern?
A. As a result, we offer investors a unique project, which has a real guarantee in the form of a built real estate with a guaranteed buyer in the form of the state. In addition, the farms integrated into the infrastructure will quarterly increase the cost of our token in Bitcoin. It means that by investing in EstateCoin, investors will be simultaneously insured against strong fluctuations in the crypto currency market and at the same time will have the opportunity to get very good additional income in the crypto currency in case of potential Bitcoin growth in the future.
Q. What can you tell us about your mining technology and equipment, and touch a little bit on how the heat recovery system works?
A. In the mining we use the technologies of our partners: Bitfury and Immers. Bitfury supplies chips for our project, which at the moment are among the most productive for algorithm mining (SHA256). This is the mining of currencies such as Bitcoin and BitcoinCash, as well as any new Bitcoin fork. Immers, our other partner, gives us a technology that allows you to increase the farm's productivity by up to 80% with little increase in power consumption. This is the technology of submerged cooling, which significantly reduces the noise level produced by miners, in addition, it improves the heat recovery from the miners into the heat network of the house.
Q. The figures reported in the project are not very high. Is there a potential for higher profits as in the future developments?
A. In the project, we have indicated a few underreported figures for farm productivity, so that investors do not have high expectations about the income. In fact, we believe they are very pleased with the figures of real incomes.
Q. How are these profits generated, and what about the cost of maintenance and upgrades?
A. The symbiosis of high technologies makes it possible to improve the efficiency of the farm to 30%. In addition, we draw the attention of investors to the fact that investors' income is obtained before subtracting the costs of mining from the amount of bitcoins that were extracted. We take care of all expenses for maintenance, management and modernization of the farm.
